Three Willows Church currently rents space to many community groups, individuals and businesses.

Rooms and spaces are rented on a one-time or continual basis.

Some of our current continual renters include the Royal City Quilters Guild, Steps to Freedom, Kumon Centre and the Great Big Theatre Company. These renters have all been with us for a minimum of five years and some as long as twelve, which speaks volumes about the relationship between the renters and the Church.   

Because of its excellent acoustics, musicians and choirs often rent the sanctuary at Three Willows for musical performances and as a recording studio. The available presentation, projection and PA equipment also lends well to other uses of this area.

The ample parking, easy to reach location on Willow Road and absence of entry stairs also make Three Willows a wonderful place for holding larger meetings and workshops.

The large Willow Grove room (capacity 120) is frequently rented for events such as birthday parties, showers, workshops, seminars, and various other group gatherings. With its excellent lighting, large windows, fairly high ceiling, lots of tables and chairs and a nearby kitchen, this room provides a great location for events featuring a sit down meal.

We also have an area that was used as a daycare until recently. It would be suitable for many possibilities such as childcare, day programs for seniors, adult education, arts and craft groups, gentle exercise classes, and regular club meetings  The rental space consists of one mid-sized room and a smaller adjoining one, both well-lit and windowed. It can include kitchen access and a fenced outdoor play yard, depending on the activities planned. Ample tables and chairs are available. Potential continual renters need to know that the church uses the rooms for Sunday School and occasional weeknight meetings. That means this space is less costly than alternatives that provide exclusive use.
